Job summary

FBC UK, Fox's Burton's Companies, is seeking an AR support specialist to join our transactional team in Batley. You will focus on accurate cash allocation and logging/crediting customer claims within company parameters.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Cash allocation – timely and accurate allocation of customer receipts.
• Discrepancy management – logging claims onto Service Cloud claims system and ensuring valid claims are credited and matched off against customer deductions.
• Weekly billing sweeps and ensuring that automatic billing runs are executed correctly.
• Mailbox management and distribution.
• General administration duties to support the AR function.
