Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in the United Kingdom is seeking a detail-oriented Billing Analyst to join our high-performing billing team. You will own end-to-end invoicing processes, raise invoices and credit notes, and ensure billing data is accurate and on time.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, monitor key SLAs, and drive continuous improvement within billing operations while maintaining high standards of quality and accountability.

• Financial background and intermediate Excel skills.

Location: Lutterworth (LE17 4XN) or Liverpool
Grade: RCS N
Contract: Permanent
( Full time role 37.5 hours a week, 25 days holiday, company discounts, parking onsite)

You'll proactively spot deviations, collaborate with your line manager to resolve issues, and champion continuous improvement across the function.

You'll take ownership of billing diaries, ensuring invoices are produced accurately, on time, and right first time, every time. With a strong focus on performance, you'll work towards—and exceed—key KPIs while contributing to the ongoing success and efficiency of the billing specialism.
