Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in the United Kingdom is seeking a detail-oriented Billing Analyst to join our high-performing billing team. You will own end-to-end invoicing processes, raise invoices and credit notes, and ensure billing data is accurate and on time.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, monitor key SLAs, and drive continuous improvement within billing operations while maintaining high standards of quality and accountability.

Qualifications

• Financial background and intermediate Excel skills.
• Effective communication with stakeholders.
• Self-motivated with a can‑do attitude.
• Experience in billing processes and month-end cycles.

Responsibilities

• Raise sales invoices and credit notes.
• Collections – first point of contact with Accenture / stakeholders.
• Ensure timely availability of billing backup and documentation.
• Access self-billing portals and customer portals.
• Manage daily workflow tasks in line with SLAs.
