Qualifications

• 1–3 years of proven experience in a customer service or technical support role, ideally within the B2B sector.
• Basic working knowledge of CSS, HTML, and website CMS tools.
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Spanish.
• Customer-focused attitude with proactive problem solving and clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve technical issues, triaging and escalating as needed.
• Handle inbound and outbound communications in English and Spanish across email, phone, video calls, and chat.
• Maintain troubleshooting documentation and raise detailed bug reports.
• Collaborate with Tier 1–3 teams to manage escalations and ensure timely resolution.
