Qualifications

• 1–3 years of proven experience in a customer service or technical support role.
• Basic working knowledge of CSS, HTML, and website CMS tools.
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Spanish.
• Customer-focused attitude with proactive problem-resolution approach.
• Experience working toward customer satisfaction targets and operational metrics.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve technical issues while ensuring a seamless customer experience.
• Triage and escalate incidents to appropriate teams with clear documentation.
• Conduct research, replicate reported problems, and raise detailed bug reports.
