Qualifications

• Is fluent in both Welsh and English.
• Has experience of working with or caring for children.
• Holds NVQ 3 or equivalent and good literacy/numeracy skills.
• Can use ICT effectively to support learning.
• Positive, flexible, and able to build strong relationships with pupils, staff and families.
• Understands safeguarding, inclusion and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to pupils, including those with additional needs.
• Work with teachers to deliver engaging lessons and activities.
• Support the development of Individual Education and Behaviour Plans.
• Promote inclusion, independence and positive behaviour.
• Assist with classroom organisation, resources and wider school activities.
