Euro London in Newport is seeking a Portuguese-speaking Customer Service Advisor to join a dynamic, multilingual team. You will respond to queries in Portuguese and English via phone and email, support the full lifecycle of claims, and maintain precise customer records.

• Fluency in Portuguese and English (spoken and written).

Salary: £27,000 + Performance Bonus
