Qualifications

• 2+ years in operations support or a related role.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Proficiency in MS Office and scheduling systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate staffing administration, attendance, and timesheet verification.
• Liaise between supervisors, HR, service providers, and employees.
• Maintain accurate workforce records and on-site onboarding support.
• Monitor attendance and adjust system work hours as needed.
• Review and reconcile working hours with supervisors.
• Oversee labour cost settlement and supplier invoices.
• Support bills management and documentation.
• Maintain organized operational records.
