Job summary

Sysco International is seeking an experienced IT Change Analyst to oversee the IT change lifecycle, ensuring changes are implemented effectively with minimal risk. You will manage and assess change requests, conduct risk and impact analysis, and support governance activities.

This hybrid role requires fluency in French and English, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and participation in Change Advisory Board meetings to improve change success rates and compliance.

Qualifications

• Six+ years in IT Change Management or Change Enablement.
• ITIL principles knowledge including Change Enablement and Release & Deployment Management.
• Experience with risk assessment and impact analysis.
• Configuration management and strong stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee IT change lifecycle and CAB meetings to ensure effective execution.
• Collaborate with service owners and technical teams to improve change success rates.
• Assess change requests and perform risk and impact analysis.
• Support governance activities and internal audits across change management processes.
