Job summary

Tab is looking for a Growth & Operations Associate to scale payment operations and customer support for a global fintech audience in London. You will own end-to-end processes, coordinate cross‑functional initiatives, and drive efficiency using AI and data tools.

You will work in English and Spanish, interfacing with merchants, and you’ll blend hands-on operations with automation, analytics, and internal process optimization to move money smoothly at scale.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in operations or customer success in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English and conversational in Spanish.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with CS tools such as Missive, Customer.io, or SQL.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payment operations and support customers in English and Spanish to ensure smooth transaction flows.
• Leverage AI and tools like SQL, PostHog, and similar to optimise internal processes and improve service delivery.
• Create compelling copy for emails and newsletters to support growth and merchant engagement.
