Job summary

ARC Group Ipswich are looking for a motivated, organised and people-focused Managed Account Consultant to join our growing team. You'll be responsible for managing the day-to-day requirements of 60+ HGV drivers on a key client contract.

No previous recruitment experience is required - full training will be provided. We're looking for someone who is confident communicating with people, highly organised, able to solve problems quickly, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Fluent Romanian and English in speaking and writing.
• No recruitment experience required; full training provided.
• Excellent organisation and time-management skills.
• Confident communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Proactive problem solving approach.
• Basic computer skills are sufficient for day-to-day tasks.
• Reliable, professional and able to work independently.
• Comfortable handling many drivers and multiple requirements.
• Full UK driving licence and own car are essential.
• Willingness to participate in out-of-hours/weekend on-call rota.
• Available to start immediately or within the next month.

Responsibilities

• Managing the day-to-day requirements of 60+ HGV drivers on a contracted account.
• Communicating with drivers and clients both verbally and in writing.
• Building strong working relationships with drivers and our VIP client.
• Attending weekly site visits with the client and drivers.
• Handling day-to-day issues and resolving problems quickly and effectively.
• Coordinating driver requirements and ensuring the contract runs smoothly.
• Maintaining accurate records and completing basic administrative tasks.
• Being available for out-of-hours and weekend on-call requirements when necessary.
• Working closely with the wider team to ensure excellent service is maintained.
