Job summary

Surecall Recruitment in Potters Bar is seeking a Recruitment Resourcer to support our team in sourcing drivers for a busy transport and logistics agency.

The role is office-based, five days per week, with standard hours and peak-period flexibility. You will manage candidate screening, interviews, and advertising campaigns while collaborating with account managers and consultants.

Qualifications

• One year of office-based recruitment agency experience.
• High level of spoken English.
• Professional telephone manner.
• Logistically minded.
• Punctuality, flexibility and professionalism.
• Computer skills - Word & Excel proficient.
• Typing, spelling and good knowledge of spreadsheets.
• Be prepared to familiarise yourself with the Account Management Team and become an integral part of our business.
• Knowledge of the transport and logistics industry will be advantageous.

Job description

We are a busy recruitment agency based in Potters Bar, offering 24-hour services to the transport & logistics sector. The agency now requires a recruitment resourcer to support and primarily find drivers for a friendly team of account managers and consultants.

Hours and work patterns

5 days a week. Flexibility will be required to accommodate peak periods in the transport and logistics industry.

Office hours are Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm.

• Sourcing new and former drivers for the agency
• Carrying out database and job board searches

• Assisting other agency members of the team when needed
