Job summary

Ignition Driver Recruitment is seeking a Recruitment Consultant for our Bellshill office. You will manage end-to-end recruitment for HGV drivers, build relationships with local clients, and drive business growth while coordinating with the branch team.

The role requires a proactive, self-motivated professional with at least 12 months in a similar recruitment position and a full UK driving licence for travel to client sites.

Qualifications

• Evidence of recruitment experience.
• Strong interpersonal and client-facing abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple relationships and to work autonomously.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end booking process of HGV drivers.
• Attend regular meetings with new and existing clients for servicing and business growth.
• Participate and promote engagement initiatives with teams.
• Work with high-profile clients, recruiting, booking and managing predominantly HGV drivers.
• Advertise, screen and interview potential HGV drivers.
• Engage with clients and candidates; hands-on people management.
• Possible handling of warehousing flex-employees.
