Job summary

Senior Salmon is seeking a dedicated Customer Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team. This office-based role offers 37.5 hours per week and a temporary ongoing contract with potential to go permanent.

The role involves handling inquiries by phone, email, or chat, data entry, and upselling where appropriate. Fluency in English and Spanish is desirable, with further advantage for French and Polish. Training at a Midlands site 2–3 days per week for the first weeks; all expenses paid.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or related roles preferred.
• Fluency in English, French and Polish is advantageous.
• Strong data entry and analytical skills.
• Ability to upsell products or services tactfully.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer enquiries via phone, email, or chat.
• Provide accurate product and service information.
• Maintain up-to-date customer records with precise data entry.
• Upsell products or services where appropriate.
• Analyse feedback and collaborate to identify improvements.
