Job summary

Parkside Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Customer Care Representative fluent in French or Spanish to support customers across the UK, France and Spain. The role covers order placement, delivery, returns and issue resolution, delivering a consistent, reliable customer experience.

You will handle inquiries, update records in ERP, coordinate with Logistics and 3PL partners, and work with Sales to ensure timely, complete service.

Qualifications

• Two years' experience in a customer service role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail with accurate order processing.
• Effective problem solving under pressure.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
• Fluency in English plus Spanish and/or French.
• Experience using ERP systems (Oracle or NetSuite).

Responsibilities

• Act as primary contact for customer enquiries about pricing, orders, RMAs.
• Process orders in ERP system and monitor outstanding orders.
• Manage complaints and quality issues; escalate as needed.
• Coordinate logistics with internal teams and 3PL partners.
• Maintain and update customer accounts in ERP.
• Support ERP initiatives and participate in UAT.
• Monitor KPIs and support service targets.
• Undertake additional duties as required.
