Consortium Professional Recruitment Ltd in Hessle is partnering with an established engineering business to recruit a Bilingual Aftersales Coordinator. You will support international customers, coordinate spare parts enquiries, quotations and orders, and act as a key contact across markets.

Fluent English and another language (German preferred) are desirable, with experience in customer service or order processing.

Qualifikationen

• Fluent in English and at least one other language.
• Experience in customer service, sales administration, or order processing.
• Good organisational skills with ability to manage competing priorities.

Aufgaben

• Build and maintain relationships with international customers and partners.
• Prepare accurate quotations for spare parts and services and follow up on enquiries.
• Manage customer orders through ERP systems with correct pricing and delivery details.
• Provide regular order and delivery updates and resolve queries professionally.
• Collaborate with sales, technical, and operations teams to ensure reliable service.
