Job summary

Halfords is seeking a motivated cycles service and customer experience champion to deliver top-quality service and repairs across a range of bikes. You will work closely with customers to help them find and maintain their dream bike, and contribute to a high-energy retail environment.

As part of our team, you’ll perform service and repair tasks, share expertise with colleagues, and contribute to achieving sales targets. Weekend rota availability is essential to cover store hours and peak periods.

Qualifications

• Experience of service, building and repair across a range of cycles
• Experience delivering great customer service in retail or cycle services
• Experience sharing expertise with others
• Experience working with and achieving sales targets
• Availability to work on a rota, including weekends

Responsibilities
