Job summary

Willmott Dixon is seeking an experienced Proposals Manager to lead high-quality bid submissions for interior construction projects. The role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, crafting compelling win themes, and guiding the bid process from PQQs to tenders.

You will work flexibly from home and our central London office, leveraging strong writing and storytelling skills and advanced knowledge of Adobe InDesign to develop persuasive responses.

Qualifications

• Experience in proposals or bid writing within the construction sector.
• Strong writing and storytelling skills to craft compelling submissions.
• Ability to lead cross-functional bid teams and coordinate contributors.
• Familiarity with Adobe InDesign and the Adobe Suite.
• APMP membership and/or certification is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of high-quality bids from PQQs through tenders.
• Coordinate input from project managers, cost planners, SMEs and senior leaders.
• Manage the bid review process and win theme workshops.
• Support client presentations and develop bid collateral.
• Coach colleagues involved in the bid process.
