Are you a creative and highly organised bid professional looking for your next opportunity? We’re working with a highly respected architecture practice to find a vibrant Bid Coordinator to join their central London office. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with 2+ years' experience managing bids and tender proposals within the built environment to lead the bid function of a AJ100 practice.
This is a new position within the practice which will involve working closely with senior leadership, providing comprehensive support to their preexisting bid team and taking initiative to lead submission processes. It provides an opportunity for real ownership over bid processes within a wonderful design-led practice, and there is absolutely scope for growth within the organisation.
The successful candidate will develop bid strategy and compelling narratives, as well as providing administrative support for submissions and putting together tender documents with InDesign. The role will initially be based in office 5 days per week, with the potential for 1 day WFH after probation. Confidence with the Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) is essential, as are excellent written and verbal communication skills.
