Job summary

Willmott Dixon in London is seeking an organised Assistant Proposals Manager to support high-quality bid submissions across interiors construction. You will coordinate inputs from Project Managers, proposals team and subject matter experts, from early opportunity research through to submission.

You will work flexibly from home and at the office opposite the Old Bailey in central London, leveraging Microsoft Office and Adobe InDesign knowledge to produce engaging content and manage deadlines and

Qualifications

• Experience of working in a bid, proposals or work winning environment.
• Strong organisation and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Experience coordinating content and contributions from internal stakeholders.
• Strong written communication skills with good attention to detail.
• Experience using Microsoft Office.
• Ability to build positive working relationships and collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate content and contributions across bids from multiple stakeholders.
• Keep information, contributors and deadlines on track from opportunity research to submission.
• Be the content lead for proposals and ensure timely responses across the business.
• Coordinate portals and work with graphic design to present bids professionally.
• Support opportunity research and the production of consistent, high-quality submissions.
