Job summary

ACEDA Limited in Middlesbrough is seeking a Bid Writer & Marketing Coordinator to manage end-to-end bid/tender processes and create engaging marketing content. You will work with the Bid & Marketing Manager and cross-functional teams to gather information, produce high-quality submissions, and promote ACEDA’s capabilities across channels.

Qualifications

• Excellent written communication, drafting and proofreading skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate, professional documents.
• Experience writing professional documents, reports, proposals or tender submissions.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills.
• Confident communication with colleagues across different teams.
• Proactive approach to gathering information and meeting deadlines.
• Ability to work independently while contributing as part of a team.
• Professional handling of confidential and commercially sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate tender opportunities from initial identification through to submission.
• Write and develop high-quality bid responses that showcase ACEDA’s capabilities, experience and value to customers.
• Gather technical, commercial and project information from colleagues across the business.
• Create engaging marketing content for website, social media, newsletters and other communications.
• Help promote the company’s projects, successes, people and services.
• Contribute to improving bid processes, maintaining accurate records and developing a library of supporting information.
• Support ACEDA’s growth by identifying opportunities and presenting compelling submissions to potential customers.
• Coordinate end-to-end bid process to ensure submissions are completed accurately and on time.
