Bridges Electrical Engineers is seeking a proactive Bid & Marketing Coordinator to drive winning bids, craft responses and shape our communications.

You will coordinate major framework submissions, manage bid programmes, and develop content for brochures, case studies and social media.

This role offers visibility across engineering teams and clients, with opportunities to influence how Bridges presents itself in the UK water and infrastructure sector.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating bids and tender submissions.
• Proven ability to write clear, persuasive responses.
• Strong organisation and multi-project management skills.
• Excellent written English and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate major framework bids from opportunity to submission.
• Develop bid programmes and schedules with clear responsibilities.
• Collaborate with operations, engineering, commercial, SHEQ, HR and senior leaders.
• Create marketing materials and content across brochures, capability statements and case studies.
• Support social media, website content and campaigns.
• Maintain brand consistency and a library of tender responses and case studies.
