Qualifications

• Proven experience in bid writing within the construction and social housing sector.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Exceptional written English, with grammar, clarity, and structure.
• Strong collaboration and communication across all levels of the business.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently and in a team.
• Proficiency in MS Word and general IT competence.
• Bonus if you have a degree or APMP Foundation certification.

PiLON - United Infrastructure is looking for a Bid Writer to join our collaborative team, supporting our growth aspirations within the social housing sector. In this role, you’ll help produce high-quality bids that reflect our brand and values, respond to PQQs and ITTs, and create supporting materials like case studies. You’ll work closely with colleagues across the business to gather technical and project information and ensure all submissions meet client expectations.
