Job summary

PiLON, part of the United Infrastructure group, is seeking a Bid Writer to join a collaborative team focused on social housing. You will produce high-quality bids, respond to PQQs and ITTs, and create supporting materials such as case studies, working with colleagues across the business to gather information.

The role requires experience in bid writing, strong English writing skills, and the ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Are you a detail-oriented writer with experience creating compelling bids? PiLON - United Infrastructure is looking for a Bid Writer to join our collaborative team, supporting our growth aspirations within the social housing sector.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in bid writing within the construction and social housing sector
• Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure and meet strict deadlines
• Exceptional written English, with a keen eye for grammar, clarity, and structure
• Strong collaboration and communication skills across all levels of the business
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in MS Word and general IT competence
