Job summary

Build Recruitment is seeking a Bid Writer for a 3-month fixed-term contract to support our social housing activities. You will write persuasive responses for PQQs and ITTs, develop case studies, and maintain the bid content library, collaborating with operational teams to deliver high-quality submissions.

The role requires a track record in bid writing within construction or social housing, excellent written English, strong organisation, and effective stakeholder management.

Our client, an established contractor within the social housing sector, is looking for an experienced Bid Writer to join the business on a three-month fixed-term contract.

Salary: £45,000 per annum, pro rata

You will produce compelling responses for PQQs and ITTs, develop case studies, maintain the bid content library and collaborate with operational teams to deliver high-quality submissions.
