Job summary

BDO UK is seeking a Bid Writer to lead the development of complex bids within the IIDA team. You will coordinate with technical experts and client teams to craft persuasive, compliant responses and strengthen our competitive edge.

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree or equivalent in marketing, business development, bid writing or related area.
• Proven track record in writing and submitting successful bids.
• Ability to understand, organise and communicate complex requirements clearly.
• Strong strategic marketing and business development skills, with commercial awareness.
• Ability to think laterally and identify win messages across bid requirements.
• Strong stakeholder management at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of complex IIDA bids from initial review to submission.
• Coordinate and quality-assure bid content with technical experts, client teams and stakeholders.
• Develop tailored marketing materials and reusable bid content; maintain bid library.
