Mecsia Group is seeking a Bid and Content Writer to steer revenue through persuasive, high-quality proposals and marketing content. You will translate complex concepts into compelling, tailored responses for commercial contracts while strengthening the company’s external profile.

In this hybrid UK role, you’ll coordinate with subject matter experts, manage tight deadlines, ensure brand alignment, and contribute to strategy and storytelling that aligns with market insights and client drivers.

Qualifikationen

• At least 3 years’ experience in a similar bid-writing role in the Hard FM, technical services, or building services.
• Excellent written communication to craft persuasive content for diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to interview technical staff to translate complex information into clear content.
• Strong commercial awareness and attention to branding and design.

• Create engaging bid responses for proposals and marketing content across channels.
• Coordinate input from subject matter experts to meet tight submission deadlines.
