Job summary

Tailored Image, part of the Cooneen Group, is seeking a Bid Coordinator for our Tendering team in Dungannon. You will manage end-to-end bid processes, coordinate internal stakeholders, and ensure timely, compliant submissions.

Based at our Dungannon site, you will report to the Bids Manager at Head Office in Fivemiletown. You will write, edit and format bid responses, maintain the bid content library, and support preparation of bid presentations while adhering to tender requirements and audit

Qualifications

• Experience in bid writing or tender responses (PQQs/ITTs/RFQs)
• Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word/PowerPoint/Excel) including formulas like VLOOKUP

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end bid and tender process
• Review tender documents (PQQs, ITTs, RFQs) and frameworks
• Coordinate responses from internal stakeholders
• Draft, edit and format high-quality tender responses
• Maintain bid content library and standard responses
• Ensure submissions comply with criteria and deadlines
• Submit through procurement portals and support bid presentations
