Tilbury Douglas in Warrington is seeking an experienced Bid Manager to join our Regional Build Work Winning team in the North West. Lead high-quality bid submissions to secure new construction work and drive value through innovative solutions.

You will appraise ITT/RFPs, lead bid strategy, develop responses, prepare client presentations and contribute to planning and methodologies. A strong track record in construction bids and MS Office proficiency are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Experience appraising ITT/RFPs, identifying key risks and opportunities.
• Ability to organise bid strategy meetings and run bid programmes.
• Proven track record in developing bid responses that meet client expectations.

• Appraise ITT and RFP documentation to identify risks and opportunities.
• Organise and lead bid strategy meetings, formulate bid programmes and lead the bid management process.
• Lead the development of bid responses that exceed our clients’ expectations.
• Prepare presentations and attend client interviews.
• Formulate and develop alternative proposals, including value engineering and optioneering.
• Contribute to planning, programming and development of construction methodologies.
