Job summary

You will coordinate input from multiple disciplines, guide pricing, manage tender governance, and lead handovers to delivery teams, with line management of estimating and contracts staff. This role requires strong communication and leadership across the business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level or higher in a relevant field; professional qualification preferred
• Strong leadership and management experience in a multi-discipline environment
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and presentation skills

Responsibilities

• Support regional and functional leads in tender development
• Manage tender budgets, cost codes and reporting
• Lead pricing reviews with input from necessary disciplines
• Guide estimating to align pricing with commercial strategy
• Coordinate contract reviews for appropriate risk profiles
• Lead bid clarification and client interface activities
• Oversee tender governance and external consultants
• Line manage estimating and contracts team
