Robertson is seeking a Bid Manager in North West England to lead end-to-end bid activities for major projects. You will coordinate pre-construction work, price tender submissions, and manage cross-functional teams to maximise opportunities and win contracts.

You will develop strategies, assess risks, maintain compliant documentation and build relationships with consultants, clients and the supply chain. A full driving licence and high attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have construction-related qualification and relevant industrial experience.
• IT literate and numerate.
• Excellent written and oral communication.
• High attention to detail.
• Ability to identify and manage risk and develop winning strategies.
• Knowledge of bidding strategies and techniques.
• Full driving licence.
• Health surveillance and drug/alcohol testing may apply.

Responsabilités

• Bid management from inception through tender submission and award.
• Coordinate bid/pre-construction activities with other functions.
• Prepare tender prices and submission documents.
• Coordinate costs for projects at feasibility stage.
• Manage pre-construction activities for projects.
• Produce handover documentation for successful bids.
• Develop relationships with consultants, clients and supply chain.
• Ensure bids progress in line with tender programme and procedures.
