Job summary

Bidrecruitment is seeking a Proposals Manager to join the Work Winning team on a hybrid basis in Birmingham, with some travel to bid locations. You will lead the development of high-quality PQQ and tender submissions, coordinating bid writers and technical experts to deliver client-focused responses.

The role requires strong experience in proposals management and bid writing, with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders across highways, rail, infrastructure, construction or engineering

Qualifications

• Experience leading complex tender submissions across multiple stakeholders.
• Experience with highways, rail, infrastructure, construction or engineering bid environments is advantageous.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to influence bid teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage development of PQQ and bid submissions.
• Act as quality lead, coordinating bid writers and technical contributors.
• Manage end-to-end proposals process to ensure compliant, persuasive submissions.
• Lead answer planning workshops and review sessions.
• Write, review and edit high-quality bid responses to maximise scores.
• Provide guidance to bid writers and subject matter experts.
