Job summary

Bidrecruitment is seeking a seasoned Bid Manager / Bid Writer to join their growing team near Sheffield. The role blends end-to-end bid management with hands-on content creation, coordinating with stakeholders and subject matter experts to produce high-quality responses.

Ideally you have bid experience in construction or infrastructure and enjoy ownership of the full bid lifecycle in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Experience managing bids across full lifecycle in construction or infrastructure.
• Proven ability to write compelling PQQ/SQ/ITT responses.
• Strong writing, editing and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage bids from opportunity through submission.
• Develop bid programmes and tender schedules.
• Coordinate stakeholders and SMEs.
• Lead storyboard and information-gathering sessions.
• Write and develop PQQ, SQ and ITT responses.
• Edit content from contributors and ensure quality.
• Engage stakeholders to extract strong bid content.
• Manage reviews, approvals and deadlines.
