Aureos is seeking a Proposals Manager in Nottingham to lead the full bid lifecycle for infrastructure projects. You will craft persuasive, technically accurate responses and coordinate with a team of experts to ensure timely, high-quality submissions.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in proposals, strong writing and editing skills, and proven ability to drive winning bid strategies in rail, highways, energy, or nuclear sectors.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading bids in infrastructure sectors (min 3 years).
• Excellent writing, editing and communication skills; translate technical detail into clear content.
• Strong project management and ability to manage multiple bids.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the full bid lifecycle from inception to submission.
• Write, edit, andProofread bid responses tailored to client requirements.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and delivery leads to shape winning strategies.
