Job summary

Morris & Spottiswood are seeking a Proposals Coordinator to drive growth across M&E services, bids and client proposals. You will coordinate submissions, gather content with operations teams and craft persuasive responses that align with client priorities and scoring criteria.

The role sits within the Group Proposals function and offers hybrid working with a collaborative, high-performance environment. Prior bid or proposals experience within construction or building services is valued.

Qualifications

• Strong writing, editing and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organisation with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and stakeholders.
• Attention to detail with quality, compliance and presentation.
• Experience in proposals, bids or work-winning in construction or related environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate PQQs, tenders, framework submissions and client-specific proposals.
• Gather and shape content with service leads, operations teams and subject matter experts.
• Write clear, persuasive responses tailored to client priorities and service outcomes.
• Coordinate bid plans, reviews, governance requirements and submission deadlines.
• Maintain and improve bid library with service methodologies, case studies, CVs and value propositions.
• Support client interviews, presentations, clarification responses and marketing collateral.
• Coordinate accreditations, evidence and compliance content with HSQE and wider teams.
• Share best practice across the Group Proposals function and drive bid quality improvements.
