Job summary

Morris & Spottiswood Glasgow, Scotland, United Kingdom is seeking a Proposals Coordinator to drive growth across M&E, fitout and construction services. You will coordinate PQQs, tenders and client proposals, shaping content with SMEs to communicate capability and value.

This role sits in the Group Proposals function with hybrid working options. Ideal candidates have bid experience in construction/FM, strong writing and organisational skills, and are proficient with MS Office and InDesign.

Qualifications

• Experience in proposals, bid or work-winning roles in construction or FM.
• Knowledge of building services, MEP or services contracts.
• Experience of framework-led procurement in public and/or private sectors.
• Strong writing, editing and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organisation with ability to manage multiple deadlines and stakeholders.
• High attention to detail, with focus on quality, compliance and presentation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; InDesign is essential.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate PQQs, tenders, framework submissions and client-specific proposals.
• Work with service leads, operations teams and subject matter experts to gather and shape content.
• Write clear, persuasive responses tailored to client priorities, scoring criteria and service outcomes.
• Coordinate bid plans, review cycles, governance requirements and submission deadlines.
• Maintain and improve bid library, including service methodologies, case studies, CVs, value propositions and capability statements.
• Support client interviews, presentations, clarification responses and marketing collateral.
• Coordinate services-led accreditations, evidence and compliance content with HSQE and wider teams.
• Share best practice across the Group Proposals function and support continuous improvement in bid quality and efficiency.
