Qualifications

• Experience in proposals, bids or work-winning in construction, building services or related environment.
• Strong writing, editing and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organisation with multiple deadlines and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate PQQs, tenders, framework submissions and client proposals.
• Gather content with service leads and SMEs to shape responses.
• Write clear, persuasive client-focused proposals tailored to criteria.
• Manage bid plans, review cycles, governance and deadlines.
• Maintain bid library with case studies, CVs and statements.
