Job summary

Howells Solutions Limited is looking for a proactive Bid Coordinator to join our growing team. The role is office-based with hybrid working available in London, supporting construction and refurbishment bids UK-wide and ensuring timely, high-quality submissions.

You will coordinate PQQs, SQs and ITTs, manage bid programmes and liaise with bid writers and operations to gather information. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in a bid role and strong IT skills.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a Bid Coordinator or similar role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational and project coordination abilities.
• Experience managing tender documentation and submission deadlines.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• High attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the Bid/No Bid process.
• Support the preparation and submission of PQQs, SQs and ITTs.
• Manage bid programmes and submission deadlines.
• Organise bid launch meetings and coordinate actions.
• Maintain the bid library, reporting systems and tender database.
• Liaise with clients regarding tender clarifications.
• Upload submissions via procurement portals.
• Coordinate information from operational teams to support submissions.
• Review unsuccessful bids and drive continuous improvements.
• Support wider business development and social value activities.
