Job summary

Northrop Grumman UK is seeking a Proposal Coordinator to support a surge in opportunities, coordinating frameworks, proposals and data analysis under the Head of Bids. You’ll work with BD, Capture and Bid teams to shape compliant, compelling bids.

This role requires experience with tendering, government/defence contexts and reporting. Hybrid working, private healthcare, pension, and a competitive incentive programme are included.

Qualifications

• Experience with formal tendering processes and procurement portals such as Award/Bravo.
• Proven ability to create and deliver bid documentation.
• Experience in generating and communicating progress reports.
• Background in government or defence sectors preferred.
• Strong data collection and analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary point of contact for frameworks and call-offs, coordinating with internal/external teams to ensure compliance.
• Drive non-complex proposals, outline structure, schedule, and allocate responsibilities to SMEs.
• Monitor proposal contributions to ensure high-quality, competitive bids.
• Manage in-process proposal submission reviews and ensure the offer is compelling and compliant.
• Support reporting from systems like Salesforce and SAP with accurate data.
• Collaborate with Head of Bids to promote best practices and use IMS tools.
• Assist BD functions with graphics, writing, and content library tasks.
