Job summary

Northrop Grumman UK is seeking a Proposal Coordinator to support a surge in opportunities and growth. Reporting to the Head of Bids, you will assist the wider BD, Capture and Bid teams with frameworks, proposal management, data analysis, reporting and competitive intelligence.

The role requires experience with tendering processes and government/defence sectors, and involves hybrid working with on-site Cheltenham days. UK national only, SC clearance or eligibility advised.

Qualifications

• Experience in formal tendering processes and procurement portals.
• Proven ability to develop and manage proposals with clear structure.
• Strong data analysis and reporting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for frameworks and call offs, ensuring compliance.
• Drive generation of non-complex proposals, outline structure and assign sections.
• Monitor progress and content of inputs to ensure a high-quality, market-differentiating offer.
• Manage in-process proposal submissions to ensure quality and compliance.
• Gather, analyse and report on data sets to provide actionable insights.
