Job summary

LA International Computer Consultants Ltd seeks an experienced Bid Manager to lead the end-to-end bid lifecycle across Defence and Nuclear opportunities. You will own bid strategy, governance, proposal development and submission management to win high-quality, compliant proposals.

You will coordinate technical, commercial and operational stakeholders, apply APMP standards, and operate in a highly regulated, mission-critical environment with security clearances.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing complex bids end-to-end.
• Strong public sector procurement knowledge.
• Experience coordinating technical, commercial and operational stakeholders.
• Excellent planning, governance and risk management.
• APMP certification or equivalent bid management experience.
• Defence, Nuclear, Government or Infrastructure sector experience preferred.

We're looking for an experienced Bid Manager to lead and manage the end-to-end bid life cycle across a portfolio of Defence and Nuclear opportunities.

You will be responsible for bid strategy, governance, proposal development, stakeholder engagement and submission management, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, compliant and compelling proposals.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience managing complex bids from qualification through to submission
• Strong understanding of public sector procurement and tendering processes
• Experience coordinating technical, commercial and operational stakeholders
• Excellent planning, governance and risk management skills
• APMP certification or equivalent bid management experience
• Defence, Nuclear, Government or Infrastructure sector experience preferred
