Job summary

LA International Computer Consultants Ltd seeks an experienced Bid Manager to lead the end-to-end bid lifecycle across Defence and Nuclear opportunities. You will own bid strategy, governance, proposal development and submission management to win high-quality, compliant proposals.

You will coordinate technical, commercial and operational stakeholders, apply APMP standards, and operate in a highly regulated, mission-critical environment with security clearances.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing complex bids end-to-end.
• Strong public sector procurement knowledge.
• Experience coordinating technical, commercial and operational stakeholders.
• Excellent planning, governance and risk management.
• APMP certification or equivalent bid management experience.
• Defence, Nuclear, Government or Infrastructure sector experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end bid life cycle across portfolio.
• Develop bid strategy and governance.
• Coordinate proposal development and submission management.
• Engage stakeholders across technical, commercial, and operations.
• Ensure compliant, high-quality proposals.
• Support security clearance processes as required.
