BidRecruitment is seeking a Bid Manager in Belfast to join its expanding Bid and Marketing team on a permanent basis. Based in Belfast, you will lead end-to-end bid submissions and coordinate with technical experts across projects.

You will craft high-quality responses for public and private sector tenders, ensuring content is clear, persuasive and compliant with client requirements, and help develop the wider bid writing capability across the business.

• Ability to produce persuasive bid content tailored to client requirements.
• Strong organisational skills and capability to manage multiple submissions.
• Excellent written communication and content development abilities.
• Ability to work with subject matter experts across the business.

Mansioni

• Manage the end-to-end bid process, from initial opportunity review through to submission and mobilisation.
• Write and develop high-quality bid responses for public and private sector tenders, ensuring all content is clear, compelling and aligned with the client's requirements.
• Produce concise, persuasive written content that demonstrates the business's expertise, experience and value proposition.
• Work closely with subject matter experts and colleagues across the business to gather information, develop responses and identify relevant evidence.
• Review and edit existing content, ensuring submissions are accurate, consistent and compliant with tender specifications and instructions.
• Manage competing priorities and submission deadlines, maintaining a high standard of quality under pressure.
• Prepare content and supporting materials for bid presentations.
• Maintain and continually improve the bid library, including case studies, project examples, team CVs and supporting documentation.
• Work collaboratively with marketing colleagues to ensure bid content remains current, relevant and aligned with the wider business.
• Support other members of the bid team, helping them develop their writing skills and confidence in producing high-quality tender responses.
• Take ownership of bid quality, compliance and deadlines, ensuring submissions are completed accurately and delivered on time.
