Bms Tech Sales in London is seeking a Senior Bid Manager for the Public Sector to drive winning bid responses and shape the future of our bid division. This is a strategic hire for a growing software engineering/IT services group with a strong public sector focus.

You will manage the bid response repository, curate new content, and coordinate internal training as we expand services across the UK/EMEA. The role is hybrid with a base salary up to £75k plus bonus, reflecting seniority and impact.

Qualifications

• 4 years+ bid management experience in the public sector space.
• Experience and ability to demonstrate an understanding of writing proposals, RFPs, tender responses (all types of Bid-management).
• Excellent ability to understand STEM-based bid documentation including contractual aspects

The Role:

The Candidate:

• 4 years+ bid management experience in the public sector space
• Experience and ability to demonstrate an understanding of writing proposals, RFP’s, tender responses (all types of Bid-mangement)
• Excellent ability to understand STEM-based bid documentation including contractual aspects
• An understanding of IT Services
• Proven track record of winning bids
• An understanding of the Tech Industry
• Excellent ability to proof-read documentation and ensure a high standard of grammar, syntax, formatting, and on-brand formatting is adhered to at all times
