Job summary

Vickerstock are recruiting a Bids & Marketing Manager to join their Belfast team. You will coordinate bids, tenders and pre-qualification documents while supporting wider marketing and business development across construction and engineering sectors.

The role involves leading the bid process from opportunity through submission, coordinating input from Directors, Engineers and project teams, and transforming technical content into clear, persuasive responses.

Qualifications

• Experience in bids, proposals, marketing or business development.
• Strong written communication and copywriting skills.
• Ability to translate technical information into clear submissions.
• Experience coordinating input from multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the preparation and submission of bids, tenders and pre-qualification documents.
• Support the wider marketing strategy of the business across channels.
• Work with Directors and engineers to assemble compelling responses.
• Develop submission strategies based on tender requirements.
• Maintain bid libraries, project case studies and supporting information.
• Communicate technical content in a clear, persuasive manner.
• Support client proposals and marketing materials.
• Help improve bid, marketing and communication processes.
