Job summary

Manpower in Belfast is seeking an experienced Bid Manager to lead the full bid lifecycle across mechanical, electrical, energy, and renewable projects. You will craft compelling submissions for public and private sector opportunities, coordinating with subject matter experts and the marketing team to ensure high-quality responses.

The role requires proven bid management and writing experience, excellent time management under pressure, and strong collaboration skills to deliver competitive bids

Responsibilities

• Manage the full bid lifecycle from opportunity review to mobilisation.
• Lead submission of public and private sector bids with full compliance.
• Produce clear, persuasive bid content within deadlines.
• Review and improve bid materials for quality and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders for evidence and documentation.
• Ensure submissions comply with tender instructions and criteria.
• Prepare materials for bid presentations and interviews.
• Maintain and improve the bid library with marketing teams.
