Kingdom Services Group Ltd is seeking a proactive Bid Manager to own the TE20 tender lifecycle, ensuring timely, compliant submissions and high-quality responses. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, work with senior leaders, and drive winning strategies across our Cleaning Solutions division.

The role emphasizes ownership, deadlines, and commercial thinking to secure major contracts and retain clients. APMP certification and service-industry experience are preferred.

Competenze

• 2–3 years' experience in a Bid Manager, Bid Writer or similar role.
• Proven evidence of producing successful tender submissions and contract wins.
• Experience within a service-led business environment.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing multiple live tenders simultaneously.

Mansioni

• Own the end-to-end TE20 tender process, ensuring submissions are on time and compliant.
• Lead bid planning, coordination and deadline management activities.
• Write, edit and improve high-quality tender responses.
• Coordinate bid teams and facilitate tender kick-off sessions.
• Work with senior leadership and SMEs to develop compelling solutions.
• Challenging content to maximise scoring potential.
• Support new business opportunities, retenders and contract retention.
• Manage bid reviews, QA processes and final submission approvals.
• Produce presentations, clarification responses and post-tender documentation.
• Maintain a high-quality bid library with case studies and evidence.
• Monitor tender performance and implement lessons learned.
