Qualifications

• 2–3 years' experience in security sector bid management.
• Proven track record of successful tender submissions.
• Experience managing multiple tenders and deadlines.
• APMP certification or actively studying.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end TE20 tender process.
• Lead bid planning, coordination and submission activities.
• Write, edit and strengthen high-scoring tender responses.
• Work with operational teams to develop winning solutions.
• Manage tender deadlines, governance and compliance requirements.
• Support both retention and new business opportunities.
• Deliver post-tender clarifications and presentations.
• Maintain bid libraries, case studies and knowledge banks.
• Analyse feedback, scores and lessons learned to improve future success.
• Support strategic growth across the Security Division.
