Job summary

Analytical Expert Labs Ltd invites an experienced Bid Manager to own bid activity across the Group, delivering high-quality, compliant tender submissions. The role is standalone and requires a hands-on, independent operator managing the full bid lifecycle end-to-end.

You will coordinate with subject experts and senior stakeholders, write persuasive responses, maintain a bid library and ensure timely submissions across public sector opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven bid writing and editing skills.
• Experience with public sector procurement processes.
• Ability to coordinate input from multiple stakeholders and manage priorities.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working independently in a standalone role.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full bid lifecycle from opportunity identification through submission and post-tender review.
• Monitor tender mailboxes and procurement portals, ensuring visibility of opportunities.
• Review tender documentation and manage clarification questions.
• Plan, coordinate and lead bid activity with clear timelines and responsibilities.
• Develop and write high-quality, tailored responses aligned to client requirements.
• Build and maintain a credible bid library with up-to-date content.
• Coordinate commercial input to align solution, pricing and bid response.
• Ensure all submissions are compliant, accurate and complete to a high standard.
• Manage submissions via procurement portals and maintain records.
• Provide reporting on bid performance and pipeline status.
• Capture feedback and drive continuous improvement in bid content and processes.
