Job summary

Kingdom Services Group Ltd in Newton-le-Willows is seeking a strategic Head of Tendering Centre to lead our group-wide tendering function and drive growth across Security, Cleaning, Recruitment and Local Authority services.

You will oversee the complete bid, proposal and tender process, build a high-performing team and implement effective tender strategies to ensure compliant and commercially strong submissions.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years' experience in bid management, tendering or proposal development.
• Experience leading, mentoring or managing bid teams.
• Proven experience managing public and private sector tender submissions.
• Strong understanding of tender portals, procurement frameworks and compliance requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to write high-quality, persuasive and compliant tender responses.
• Experience collaborating with senior stakeholders across multiple departments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full end-to-end tender process, ensuring consistency, quality and compliance across all submissions.
• Install and manage portals to capture all new PQQ and tender opportunities and oversee tender software systems.
• Build bid stakeholder teams and chair group-wide tender and solution meetings.
• Review and approve all submissions prior to release, providing guidance and quality assurance.
• Ensure presentations, designs and bid documentation remain professional, compelling and on-brand.
• Manage multiple concurrent tenders whilst ensuring all deadlines are successfully achieved.
